Making your artwork acceptable for embroidery requires the use of the most up-to-date Wilcom software and Michael is an experienced digitiser. The majority of designs are digitisable, and each logo can have up to 15 distinct colours.

There is no issue if you choose to provide your own .dst or .emb files.  However your digitised work is only as good as the person who digitised it.

Embroidery is a timeless decorating method, and we have numerous 6 and 8 head Barudan automatic embroidery machine production lines. Up to 15 different colours can be embroidered on each machine.

We can embroider most shapes and sizes of clothing, textiles, and materials. We have practically every colour available and only use the highest quality Madeira threads.

If necessary, we may also match embroidery threads to Pantone colours.

To ensure your deadline is fulfilled, we offer 4 distinct lead time speeds as standard. (Standard & In a Hurry are not guaranteed services, but are completed 99.8% of the time). An anticipated delivery date is provided to you when you place your order with us. Additional fees are required for theses services.

We also provide guaranteed express delivery on embroidery if you have a tight deadline.  Additional Fees are applied for Express & Extreme Services.

It is with great pride that we manage Barudan embroidery machines, equipped with 15 colours, in singular, 6, and 8 head configurations. Our capacity allows us to handle orders of varying sizes. Depending on the intricacy and size of the embroidery, we can handle up to 3500 items daily.
