Dibond is a very popular and durable Aluminium composite sign material printed 3mm thick. A core of low density polyethylene is sandwiched between 2 layers of 0.3mm thick aluminium to give a strong rigid lightweight sign.

Dibond can be recycled along with other PVC products. It has a temperature resistance range from minus 50°C to plus 80°C.

Dibond can be installed in a variety of methods depending on the surface. Smooth surfaces function well with VHB (very high bond) tape. Drilling holes through the sign and using screws with colour-coded cap covers or aluminium sign stand-offs can be done mechanically. Sign channel can be attached to the back with VHB tape if you want to fix the sign mechanically but leave the printed surface intact.
